The contact form on this site collects only the following:

• Full name (required)
• Phone number (required)
• Message content (required)
• Company name (optional)
• Email address (optional)
• Product group of interest (optional)

Purpose of Processing

This data is processed for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry, to answer requests about wholesale supply, pricing and product information, and to conduct the resulting commercial correspondence.

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing. This site uses no analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed by automated means, on the basis of Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interests of the data controller), triggered by you submitting the form.

Transfer and Storage

Form submissions are stored on Google Cloud (Firebase / Firestore), our infrastructure provider. Data may therefore be hosted on servers outside Türkiye.

Beyond this, your data is not shared with third parties other than public authorities legally entitled to request it.

Retention Period

Records relating to your enquiry are kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory limitation periods provided by applicable legislation; once those periods expire the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about such processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the law
• Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to an adverse outcome reached solely through automated analysis of your data
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
